AIVET Consortium Gathers in Málaga to Shape the Future of AI in Vocational Education

On 18 September 2025, representatives of the AIVET consortium met in Málaga (Spain) for a key Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by IT Solutions For All – ITSFA (ES) in collaboration with Arrabal-AID, associated partner of the project.

On 18 September 2025, representatives of the AIVET consortium met in Málaga (Spain) for a key Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by IT Solutions For All – ITSFA (ES) in collaboration with Arrabal-AID, associated partner of the project. The session brought together partners from across Europe to take stock of progress and collaborate on the next steps in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Vocational Education and Training (VET).

The day began with a warm welcome from ITSFA and Escola (PL), setting the stage for discussions on reporting, administration, quality assurance, and dissemination activities.

A major focus of the session was on Work Package 3, where partners Fundación Diocesana de Enseñanza Santos Mártires de Córdoba – FDSM (ES) and IALFVG (IT), together with the consortium, presented the AI training toolkit for VET providers and discussed the translation of training materials. This was followed by an update on Work Package 4, with ITSFA presenting the status of the AIVET Digital Warehouse, a pioneering online platform designed to host AI tools and training resources for the VET ecosystem.

The meeting also included a Green Workshop, reinforcing AIVET’s commitment to sustainability alongside digital innovation. Partners concluded by agreeing on the next steps to ensure the project continues to deliver innovative training models, strengthen digital competencies, and enhance the attractiveness and competitiveness of VET across Europe.

The Málaga meeting marks another important milestone in the AIVET project’s journey to empower VET providers and learners with AI-driven solutions, paving the way for a future-ready European workforce.
