Within Spain’s accelerating digital transformation, many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) face the challenge of automating customer interactions to remain competitive. In February 2025, SERSEO Marketing Digital launched ChatbotIA, a product specifically designed for SMEs, aimed at automating customer service processes and improving user experience.
This case is highly relevant for the AIVET training module as it demonstrates how repetitive tasks can be identified, how accessible AI solutions can be implemented, and what tangible results SMEs can achieve.
